Super Visa submitted with Wrong Date of Birth at one place in main form IMM5257E

Hi Super Visa was submitted with Wrong Date of Birth (YEAR) in main form IMM5257E. The status is in process since a month. Please help what can be done next?

You should contact CIC and ask them how you can correct the date of birth on the document. You might need to submit it again.
