I have a quick question regarding the super visa category : minimum income required. I recently used an RRSP account towards the first time home buyer program which brought my net income to below the threshold required on the NOA.
Do they need to see the net income after I utilized $35000 (deductions) or they check the total income ? My gross income from last year easily meets the minimum requirement but one of the visa agents from India is saying they'll check the net income on NOA.
Please let me know how this works and thanks for your time.
