Super Visa - Parent In India

We got PPR for my mother's Super Visa on Apr 17th and we sent the passport via courier service to Bangaluru on Apr 19th.
Apr 27th We got a re-medical request, there is no way for me to arrange her re-medical without her physical passport on hand.
On May 27th We got a msg in her online profile stating "We are pleased to confirm that your application was approved, you need to send us your valid passport to finalize your application".
Raised the query through the webform, but haven't heard back from IRCC. It's been almost 3 months since the Bengaluru office has her passport.
Is anyone similar here?
