I applied for my mother's Visit Visa application (twice) but she was denied visa on each occasion. Reasons were lack of travel history, weak ties with home country and Canada and financial. We feel that the application was complete except for travel history, as she had none.
Now we want to apply for a Super Visa. She had no travel history so she got a US visit visa and has now travelled to USA and come back to Pakistan. Please advise how can we address the "weak ties factor", as we included all the supporting documentation including financial standing (home/property documents, bank statement, other property)
Does a letter from the local/Canadian Member Parliament help?
