Super Visa or Visitor visa for father from India

I am PR in Canada for the last 1 year. I would like my father to visit Canada for a month or 2. (He will not live here in Canada for long)

Please advise the following:

1. Which visa is easier to get?
2. Timelines for Super Visa from India?
3. Are both visas generally given for 10 years multiple entry?
4. What are the steps?

1. If his intention is only to visit for a month or two, then have him apply for a multiple entry TRV (Visitor visa)

Thanks PPM. Yes, the intention is for a month or 2 at the max.

The reason I wanted to check was whether it's easier to get visitor's or Super Visa?
