My parents had a 2 year multiple entry visa which is expiring on Nov 2013. They visited me in Canada and now going back to the home country.
I want to ask is it possible to apply Super Visa when there is a valid visit visa on the Passport?

Yes, they can apply for Super Visa. The terms are different than a normal visitor visa.
