Hello! My parents recently applied for a super visa under the same application. My father received his medical request but my mother did not. She gave her biometrics again after submitting the application while my father used the ones he'd previously given. They have never had medicals done before.

Processing is done individually even though they applied together which is likely why there is a delay between medical requests. When did your mother do her biometrics?
