Super visa - Medical passed to Decision Made Timenline

Hi everyone,

I had applied for my mother's super visa on September 17, 2022 in India. She already has her visitor visa so biometrics was not needed. She also did her medical exam upfront. After almost 2 months, we finally saw an update on the new IRCC portal today saying she passed her medical exam. Is there an approximate timeline for how long it takes to get a decision once medical is passed?

Here's the timeline:

Application Submitted - Sept 17, 2022
Medical Passed - Nov 17, 2022
PPR - Jan 3, 2023
Application Approved - Jan 27, 2023

Application Submitted for my dad on March 22nd2023.
Biometrics updated in couple of days as (I had applied for their visitor visa previously in end of 2022 which was refused with reasons which didn't make sense)
Medical Request July 14, 2023
Medical Done on 17th July 2023 (Pakistan)

Is there any chance for PPR after medical request?
