Super Visa - Medical Asked again (Confused)

Hi Experts, this is related to my mom's super visa application. She has received a medical request. However, she had already done medical two months ago for her immigration application.

How should we inform CIC to look into the existing medical?

1. If you can't find an upload slot, send a case specific enquiry, or if you happen to know the visa office's direct email address, you can use that too:

Hi, Thanks for your reply, Yes i did attach IMM 1017 form with original application.

Did they just miss the medical or they can ask for medical again, does it make sense? On our immigration application, we can see that medical was received.

It doesn't make sense the way you explain it, maybe they requested for it again by mistake, but you complied anyway.

Hi, from previous immigration application, i have IMM 1017 request form. In my country, after getting medical done, they don't give us any proof except the proof of payment. Should i just include the IMM 1017 form sent to us from CIC in case specific inquiry?

Just send it again via CSE, like I said. It doesn't hurt, and you don't annoy the officer by telling them "well I already sent it"

They might reply to acknowledge the document, but maybe they won't. Either way, you sent it.

Thanks for your response. They gave us 30 days to perform medical. What if we don't receive any acknowledgement? I tried to call CIC but it never reaches to any operator. What should we do?
