Hi,
I had to ask regarding super visa insurance. Is it mandatory to keep same insurence policy which we present when we applied for visa on arrival.
(Its regarding my parents they got super visa but they don’t have any plan to come for next one year So,Can I cancel this insurance policy and get a new one when they plan to come in next coming years. Or I need to keep same insurance policy.
Thank you

Thank you but insurance broker was saying airport officials match the policy number at airport arrival and you have to keep same policy just extend it for meantime.I don’t want to freeze my money for a year for no reason. So,Is there any compulsion by CIC we have to keep same policy?or I can cancel it and get new one next year.
Thank you

Yes, you can cancel and buy again. Though there is a cancellation fee (might be $150-$250 or more) if cancelling insurance after getting the supervisa.
