Super visa got rejected as doctor do not submit medical on time. Please help.

Hi All,

I applied for my parents supervisa. My father got the vias but they ask for additional medical test for my mother. Doctor said that report for this test will take about 2 months. After 2 month we contacted doctor and he said report is arrived and there is no issue but stillyou have to go through Xray for that you have to pay 800 rs only after that we will submit the medical documents to CIC. Same day when my mother went for xray, i got message for CIC for refusal. Reason was failed to comply with the resquest of completion of Medical.
This delay was caused by doctor in submiting document which result in refusal. Now docter is saying he will submit medical by tomorrow. Will it make any diffrence if now doctor submit medical.

Please suggest what sould i do at this point.

Submit a case specific inquiry and request that the application be reopened / reconsidered. Let them know that the tests were done but that the doctor submitted the results late. Also let them know that the medical results have now been uploaded.

Up to IRCC. They will either reconsider or you’ll need to reapply but you can use the medicals you’ve already done. Switch doctors if you have the option and need further medI also.

Yes medicals are good for a year. You can reply that you already have a valid medical if it is requested again.

Do i have to get the medical reports from doctor and include it with new file.

So my question is although file got rejected on 20th july due to unable to provide medical on time by doctor and now after doctor submitted medical, status got updated to medical pass on 26th july but result still shows refusal from date 20tb july. Are they going to open the file again as i have already submitted webform or do i have to reapply.

I am in exact similar situation like yours with my mother's application (supervisa got refused due to medicals delay, now medicals passed, but application still refused). Wondering how have been proceeding with your application. Appreciate the inputs!

I applied at web form to see if they can re open case but unfortunately they said you have to re apply and nothing they can do at this point.
I re applied again still waiting for reply.
If you decide to reapply make sure you pay for medical insurance in full (no quote or instalment).
Mine got rejected again because my original medical insurance was on instalment.
I have applied 3rd time ( with full medical insurance paid) still waiting.

Hi Sameer,
I'm also in the same boat now. My mother Supervisa got rejected due to delay IOM doctor response.

Can we use same BIOMETRICS and MEDICAL results ?
Do we need to mention any reference number ?

Yes you can use the same Biometric as it is valid for 10 years and You can also use same medical as it is valid for 1 year
