Super Visa for Parents & In - Laws

Hello Everyone !

I am trying to bring both my parents and in-laws into Canada next year, and am trying to apply for their Supervisa, but need a few things clarified :

Would anyone be kind enough to enlist the documents that I need to send from here ?

Also , in reference to the invitation letter/ letter of sponsorship, can anyone please help me out with a sample format/email please. It can be emailed at avishekchaudhury@yahoo.com ?

Do all the documents I send from here have to be notarized by a notary or a lawyer ?

For my parents and inlaws, other than the application forms , what else do they need to provide ? Do they have to be have to be notarized as well ?

Do any of you know a good lawyer/notary who will be able to notarize documents ( if needed ) at a competitive price ?

So far this is what I have done :

Letter of good standing from from Bank - received mine, waiting for wife's ( needs to be notarised ? )

Letter from Employer, confirming employment - received mine, waiting for my wife's ( needs to be notarised ? )

Last 6 months bank statements - have received black & white printouts from the BRANCH. They have the word DUPLICATE printed right through the page - is this a problem ?( needs to be notarised ? )

T4 - for both of us ( needs to be notarised ? )

Notice of Assessment - for both of us ( needs to be notarised ? )

Invitation letter - Waiting for a format ( needs to be notarised ? )

Medical Insurance - Work in Progress

Plane Tickets - Can we just "reserve" the seats now, and provide confirmation for the same , or do we need to buy the tickets now ?

Hello there, I am not so sure about the notarization required but I am sure someone familiar with that area can comment. For the plan tickets, I would definitely suggest waiting until you have an approval. For the insurance, there are specific guidelines which are available on the CIC site, or you can also check my website http://www.dfsinc.ca We represent all major insurers in Canada. Also document checklist IMM5484E mentions about the proof of financial support..Any idea how much do we need to show in our parents account for this?

Well, avishek, I cant even list the ways you are overdoing in adressing document requirements.

You need professional advice.
Also keep in mind that you need to meet "LICO" and as is evident from the number of people you are trying to bring including ur family in canada(8 ppl), you will be needing anywhere north of $60,000 annual income.
