Hello All , do I need lawyer to apply for super visa from India ? My dad is 61 retired and mom is homemaker ... I am single girl canadian citizen working full time ... please suggest should i hire lawyer or it is easy do it myself ... i dont get enough time to do all paper work ...

You can apply online for a Temporary Residence Visa (TRV) and have them authorize you as Designated person for doing follow ups
