Super Visa for old parent

Hi,
I'm confused and need some clarification please.
As I consult the website on how to apply for a super visa, I understand that it is my parent (mother) who needs to apply outside of Canada. She is old and not good with anything computer related and I am afraid she cannot get it done. I want to help her fill her forms but I see I have to register and fill it online. Being in Canada, is this going to create a problem to create her account with my email (she is really not good with technology), fill in her form, print it and mail it to her to sign the documents so she can do the rest?

Very common for children to help fill out the forms from Canada.
