My father is here on Super Visa since Jan 2019, his two years stay will be going to complete in Jan 2021. He is 86 and his health is not that good to travel 20+ hours back home (Pakistan) in this COVID-19 situation. Is there any option for us to apply for an extension for his stay without leaving Canada or he must have to go back and then come back again?

He May need to repeat his medical. If he is too fragile to fly would make sure you have extra medical coverage plus repatriation coverage If you don’t have a lot of savings. Supervisa covers emergencies but once stable parents are expected to return home or you’ll be responsible for paying all his healthcare costs.
