Hi guys I have a confusiion with super visa income, we are family of two and my income for year 2021 was 48500, (wife didn't work) I consulted with the immigration lawyer and he said I need more income and I won't be eligible for super visa. any one recently filled ?? please advice ?

Yes , for Super Visa , you must pass the LICO (Income criteria ) depending on , how many members you are here in Canada (Including children , if any) + Count your parents
