Hi All,
I applied super visa for my mother and fulfill medical insurance and all the requirements. She had medical exam and got her visa on october 12 this year. She reached to Canada ( Toronto) on December 10. At the airport the border officer refuse to accept it as super visa by asking for medical/insurance proof, which they should have from CIC. He only stamped for 6 months on passport and verbally advice to come to inland immigration office with insurance proof to extend the visa ( likely to be for 2 Years).
I need help to know what should I do in this case. If I visit their office with medical insurance then will they entertain. to contact CIC means that I may receive any response very late.
(On their website, their timings are 24 hours. Can I go late in evening)

Thanks for the reply. Yes I visit with Insurance. They told me that Insurance is not important for them. But they are able to find out the medical records. which were with them at the time of visa stamp. Anyways I'm able to get what I want.
