I applied super visa from New Delhi for my father-in-law and Mother-in-law in January this year and within 2 weeks they got a letter for medical and Biometrics.
So that is all done, on CIC , there is no action after that , also it is saying that they did not received the Biometrics for my Mother-in-law but for father-in-law they did .
When I call CIC , there is no option to talk to anyone, how can I contact them(Any phone # or email address I can send the concerns to?).The issue is now they are in USA for next 5 months. If the files moves can they submit passports from USA?

Did your wife apply for the supervisa since it is her parents?
