While on Super visa, if the applicant is approved for LMIA and get his closed-work permit..
Will his future TRV status ( Super Visa ) get invalid. I mean as the closed-work permit expires in 2 years. Does he have to leave Canada and his remaining TRV get is possible to get cancelled?

If the agent said that then it is possible. Your parent would have a LMIA and closed work permit. I assume that your parent has applied for the work permit and cannot work until approved.
Thank you. It was a licensed agent mentioned their last day in Canada will be the expiry date on the work permit. So I am curious if they would have to leave Canada.
If they leave Canada, will there future entry to Canada affects?

A work permit would overrule any visitor visa so I actually think the visitor permit will get cancelled and they’d need to reapply once their WP expires and when they leave Canada. If they applied for a WP when they came as visitors there will be doubts that they will only be visiting if they apply in The future to visit. They would need proof Of strong ties to their home country. You are getting way ahead of yourselves. Getting a WP while on a supervisa is very far from guaranteed. The other issue is that your brother doesn’t qualify to come with them or attend school even if your parents get employed since they aren’t planning on working in NOC 0, A or B. Will he be left behind? I hope your parents haven’t paid a consultant for these jobs. Unfortunately there is no guarantee of approval and it is illegal. There are problems with agricultural workers paying to try to secure employment.
