Super visa application rejected-no biometric 12Oct2022

Hi, I have submitted my parents visa application on 24Aug2022 and also submitted VFS biometric appointment request in New Delhi, India to get an appointment date to do the biometric for parents. But did not received any appointment emails till now.
And on 12Oct2022 got rejection email for parents visa due to no biometric.

Now, VFS is not taking any responsibility for it.
It looks I have to resubmit but how can I make sure this does not happen again and VFS is accountable if possible for 2nd try visa submission for parents.

When did you get the biometric request?

Hi Canuck78, I have the biometric letter on 24Aug2022 in the IRCC itself. then i used https://cicforms.mioot.com/forms/appointments/ link to book the appointment for the parents and got back a reference no. 537030 on the same date from VFS. But after they they did not sent any email(dates) and no updates after follow-up to when to visit the VFS office to do the biometric.

I submitted a fresh new visa application and got a vfs biometric appointment booking for today (i am shocked) and biometric updated to cic as well today . Currently processing time showing as 62 days.


*VFS did not accepted mistake for first rejection even after giving them all evidences.
VFS complaint Reference no 79000210130944. I can see its going nowhere now.
