Hello Folks,

I am a Canadian citizen and I applied for my mom's super visa 15 days ago. I got a refusal letter today and the reason is that she will not going back to her home country.
I mentioned in the application that she is coming for one year. Any advice what should I do now?

Order GCMS notes. What ties did she show to return if she said coming for a year. Supervisa is still a visit visa. May want to reapply once you have GCMS notes but say visit of 6 months, not a year.
 
What GCMS note?
 
She actually coming for 6 months but we mentioned 1 years as we though super visa is for 5 years that's why.
