Hi,
We are planning to apply my mother-in-law for a super visa. Currently, she is on a visitor visa (expiring on Oct 2017). I just need clarification with the following:
1. Is it too early to apply for her super visa application even though her visitor visa doesn't expire until Oct 2017?
2. is it even possible to apply her for supervisa while she is still in Canada?
