My mum applied for a super visa and submitted without having her medicals. She is yet to receive an email that will instruct her with a letter for the medical examination after 2weeks of submission.
Should she still expect the email or there's another way.
Please advise

Agree she had to provide proof of exam when she applied as well as health insurance. Don’t expect an email for her to take it. May want to withdraw and start over.
I don't believe that's the case for super visas. If you look at the IRCC web site, it indicates that proof of medical has to be submitted with the application.

Still insisting on wrong information to make people withdraw their applications? Go and read cause the website the roles didn’t change
This is directly from the website When to get your medical exam
You can either get your medical exam before or after you apply.

When did you apply for your parent? Never said withdraw…said “may” if no letter comes as new requirements show proof of medical in supervisa link, not the link you provided.
If you’re concerned medical request will be a while and lengthy i saw people do medical exam after submission without ircc email
I just searched this forum and lots of people do medical without request on their own and submit it via webform form
Go to the approved physician in ur area
Do medical exam pay for it provide him with ur application number so he can send it to IRCC
Then once medical exam report is completed submit it via webform IRCC
It is not necessary to get the medical done before or at the time of application. It can be done upfront, if you want, but it is not necessary. Only health insurance need to be attached at the time of application. Once you submit the application, after around a month or so, IRCC will send message to get the medical done and once that is done, the doctors will upload the report on portal.
