Hi everyone!

I am planning to apply my mother for a super visa. However, she does not have any source of income aside from my support and she’s alone in our country, no family, no properties. I need her to visit me here as I am giving birth of my second child and I need her help. Is there any chance that she could get approved? Thank you!

You can try as long as you meet the income requirement.

Hi, I hope you could help me again. I have applied my mother for supervisa but she got rejected. I’ve mistakenly wrote on the letter that she’s coming to take care of me after giving birth. My questions are:

If I would re-apply again, are they still going to check my 1st application? Because I’m not going to write that about my pregnancy this time.

2nd, would they count my unborn child as my dependant already?
