Hi,
I am applying for my fathers visit visa through the IRCC Portal.
The overall process and steps are pretty straightforward. I am a bit confused regarding where it asks for the following:

Consent personal information
Complete this form only if you authorize Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to release information from your case file to someone other than yourself

Can you suggest what should be uploaded in here. Thanks and your help will be much appreciated.
