Suggestion to move to Canada needed plz...

Dear all,
I am a software developer having experience of one year in .NET technologies.
I feel i am very good in this technology.
I want immigration to Canada as a skilled worker.
I m lacking of 4 points, as my points are 63.
Study - 22, Age-10, English Profeciency-16 and Experience-15.
I don't want to wait for 3 year experience for getting 4 points thru experience.
I want to learn french to complete my point.

Now whole scenario is in front of u people.
Now plz suggest my that, shud i go with this plan, or to wait for 3 year experience.. or any other suggestion.
Plz do any comments. Waiting for experts suggestions and opinion. plz reply.

Take a look at AEO option. If you are really good in .NET than you will have a very good chance of getting an employment there.

I heard that Arranged Employment Opinon is an option but chances for being hired before immigration are very rare... ?
what is ur view about this....?

Is it easy to have arranged employment. As Employeer may prefer already mirgrated people..?
