So, I have completed my first semester in Humber College(north) as a student of ITS. I could see myself failing in one of the course while scoring over 4 cgpa in rest of courses. I cannot afford to pay for redoing that course ($1200) also I took education loan from my home country so cannot return back to my country either. I wish to stay in Canada after education but then there is this problem. Suggest me what should I do ? What are my options ?
To qualify for a post graduate work permit - you have to successfully complete your entire program.
If you can't complete your studies, you could try to find an employer who is willing to offer you a full time job and who is also willing and able to secure an approved LMIA so that you can apply for a closed work permit. Unfortunately it tends to be extremely difficult to find employers willing to go through the LMIA process.
If you have at least one year of full time paid work experience in a NOC A, B or 0 skill level job from your home country - then you could see if you qualify to apply for PR through an economic immigration program like Express Entry.
Is your study permit also allow for off campus work? If so, You can work and earn some money to retake the course to graduate. One failed course isn't a problem with PGWP as long as you retake and pass it or completed the program otherwise
