would like to seek your advice for the best way to apply for Canada PR.

I am Indian Passport holder living in Japan for 10 years . I have 20 years working experience with US and Japan top Multinational companies in middle management roles. my only 19 year old daughter has joined University of Toronto for undergraduate course in Life Sciences . My wife is a Home Maker.

Now to keep the family together I was thinking of moving to canada for good. I believe once there I will be able to manage my job etc though initially my concern is my PR . I have couple of questions as follows :

though my daughter is on student visa in Canada but do I need to apply joint application for her with me or she will apply for PR separately.
I am almost 49 though have 20 years work history working in MNC at Middle management roles , what would be the probability of my entry.
I have travelled more then 30 countries abroad have business visa US for 10 years and UK for 5 years still active.
I have seperately applied for canada visitor visa.

What would be the bes way to apply for canada PR in my case . Please do let me know inxase you have further queries

1 - No, your daughter is 19 years of age so she is no longer considered a dependent. She will have to obtain PR based on her own merits.

2 - Look at the requirements for the Federal Skilled Worker program to check your eligibility - also use the "Come to Canada" tool to check your eligibility. If deemed eligible then you can create and Express Entry profile once you've obtained your English test results and your Educational Credentials Assessed.
