Submitting passport to VFS Global Singapore

I received passport request from High Commission of Singapore and was asked to submit my passport to VFS Global in Singapore (http://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/singapore/). Does anyone know if I need to include self-addressed envelope or can I just pick up passport from VFS?

My spouse submitted her passport on 28th Feb-2016. Its been already processed and dispatched from Singapore on 21st March-2016. So, I am guessing if its the standard case it should not take more than a month to get back your passport back.

It shall take 30 days to return your passports with immigrant visas. You should use courier secure service provided by VAC in which you can track two way shipment.

Congratulations.

If you are not living in Singapore, you can come to in-country Canada VAC to have the PP sent to Singapore for PR processing. You pay fees here and come this local VAC to collect the PP when getting calls and or text message from this center.
