Submitting IELTS test two results

Hi! Everyone,
Could any provide me information about submitting IELTs test results.
I did I IELTs twice.
In first IELT Test my scores were.
Listening ;- 5.5, Reading 5.5, Speaking 5 and writing 5

In second IELTs Test my Score were
Listening 5, Reading 5, speaking 5.5, and Writing 5.5.

Could anyone advice me that if I submit both the test results will immigration office will consider the highest band from each results.
Because I need band 5.5 to every past

They will consider only one score.

Right, they will not mix up scores from 2 different IELTS tests to get you the most points.

Your first test will get you total 6 points:

Listening 5.5, = 2 points
Reading 5.5, = 2 points
Speaking 5 = 1 point
and writing 5 = 1 point

Your second test will get you total 7 points:

Listening 5, = 1 point
Reading 5, = 2 points
speaking 5.5, = 2 points
and Writing 5.5. = 2 points
