Submitting file after ITA received - Seek advice on pregnancy situation

Hi,
I would like to seek advice regarding my case -

1) ITA received.
2) Medicals done before completed X-ray as well.
3) December 2 is the last date to submit file.
4) Feb end is my due date.

Could you please help me should I mention about my pregnancy in LOE while submitting my file so that they can put our file on hold and add our child in one go .

Please help me urgently.
