Submitted Passport at Hyderabad VFS - still waiting

Hello All,
I had submitted passport at VFS hyd on 11th may, and I got email saying it was processed at their office the same day.

When I track using tracking number provided, status is "Visa application, tracking ID No.***** is being processed at the Canada Visa Office, NEW DELHI.To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website. "

It has been 11 days already and status hasn't changed. Can anyone help me? How long does it take from here?
