I submitted my application and it's now "Review in Progress". what happens next and how long does it to pass that section? what if I have submitted pregnancy deferral letter, what happens then?
 
80% applications will be processed in 6 months. Thus the review of your application will have an 80% chance of being processed within 6 months, or a 20% chance it could take an indefinite amount of time.
