My wife and I submitted my spousal sponsorship inland in Jan 2019.
We got medical request, and did it in March 2019.
I also provide my bio-metric sometime in 2019.
We have been asked for more documents twice in June 2019 and Dec 2020, and we provided them shortly after the request.
It's Jan 2022 and we are still waiting. It looks very abnormal to us.
We submitted the webform a few times for follow-up, but haven't really heard anything useful.

Your Sponsor will contact MP they are faster than GCMS note. And some will help. Email 1st and give your whole info. Like app number, uci date of birth etc and tell them
