I have 40 days left for my application submission and the only document I am left with is FBI PCC. I am expecting to get the FBI PCC in around 35-55 days of timeframe.
I want to know if it will be okay to go ahead and submit my application now, providing an explanation about the same in LOE Or I should wait until the last day of my submission deadline?
Trying to check if those 40 days can be utilized for post AoR processing, instead of waiting for a document.
Wait at least until 3/4 days left and then submit the application.
FBI PCC is known for being notoriously time-consuming, so it will not be an issue.
If you submit the documents way before the deadline, it might send the wrong message.
