I prepared the documents and submitted today. I got some help from this forum and would like to share the info I have. Some of the info is from the replied email from IRCC
1 Ensure that each document does not exceed the 5MB size limit
2 (scans) must be in one of the following formats: PDF, JPG, TIFF, PNG, DOC or DOCX.
3 You submit an electronic copy of all pages of your passport(s) used in the last 5 years (including blank pages).
4 submit the photo with front and back scan or digital version
5 IRCC can not tell you the process time for PRTD application due to convid19
