I found old posts discussing the possibility to submit the documents to a different VAC than the one mentionned in the PPR letter, but no recent ones...
Anybody has done that lately ? I am a moroccan citizen who started the procedure in my country of origin but lives now in the USA. Despite the change of address which is updated on my profile, I have still received the letter from IRCC Morocco asking me to submit the documents to Rabat.
I already sent many webforms and mails to Ottawa, Rabat, and New York but no answer from them so far.
So my question is : Can I go to VFS New York and submit my documents ?
