Today i have received a message as:

Visa application, tracking ID No. xxxxxxx. You are requested to submit additional documents to the Canada Visa Office,Lahore for further processing. Please call VAC helpline number for further information.

when i had called to helpline officer, he asked , you have to visit the Visa application center.

what does this mean?
one of my friend asked to me, sometime they asked for withdraw your case..
