Hi Cathy,

when i had sent my application to CIO , 2 months back we did not have so many success stories in the forum else i would have chosen New delhi
What about you ? where r u sending the package.

Hi Reachmenow,
I just sent it last wednesday Aug. 26th to buffalo. Lets just wait and something good will happen to Buffalo
Lets hope and pray for the best! Thanks!
yeah true , lets hope for the best, i will be sening mine by this weekend.
Can you list what documents you notarized and where, r u in vancouver?
I am just thinking abt this step now, any suggestion will be helpful.
Thanks
I notarized almost all docs...
birth cert., passport(biodata page), my entry visa in canada, business registration, my diploma, emplyment contract, LMO & even my work permit I did notarize.
As in almost all of it... except for Transcript(which should be in a sealed envelop), IELTS, and reference letters and Police cert. Always remember all photocopies should be notarized. Since CIC is only asking for most documents that is not original then you have to notarized it.
I know its kinda expensive, but eventually the price is worth it.
By the way I am physically located in Calgary AB.

Professional1 has a point...you can just send your study permit not notarized.

Place immigration photos in an envelope and staple the envelope to the second page of the application being careful not to put a staple through the photos.
Thanks Cathy and JES_ON for your valuable Suggestions.
