I have applied for a Study permit from Tokyo, Japan. I am living in Japan with a work permit, not a citizen of Japan. Due to the pandemic, the processing is taking longer than usual. If I now move back to my home country and get the passport submission request, will I be able to submit my passport in that country’s VFS?
Easily speaking, is it mandatory to submit the passport to the VFS of my residence country? Or I can submit to any VFS from any other country?
