Submission for dependent child only

Hi .. I'm sponsoring my two children 16 and 19 and I'm filling out IMM 5481. I just want to clarify that Question

5A. the number of person on IMM 008 is (2)

and

6A. do I add my spouse, she is the one who sponsored me. Even though she is a Canadian Citizen and not been in any undertakings because she doesn't need to be sponsored do I add (1) in this section or (0).

Also since I need to complete two separate application for my dependents, can I send the package in one envelop or do they need to be mailed separately

6A. Yes, you must include your spouse. If you could exclude her for any reason, that would be clearly stated on the form.

One envelope. From what I recall of sponsoring multiple dependent children, you only need to submit one set of sponsor forms/documents. It will all be processed together.
