I was trying to download a copy of my study permit extension Submission Confirmation. However, I encountered the following error and it seems like the session has expired. When I clicked the link of Submission Confirmation in my application message inbox, it showed "Unfortunately, an error occurred. Online Services System-generated error code:DTZ8EGUX".
