As an immigrant from Kenya who has a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, what would be the best thing to study/do once I land in Canada? PG Diploma or Masters?

I am still conducting research and getting to know more. I have not officially started the application.

You only have a bachelors and are getting a CRS score of 474. What is your IELTS score? Are you under 25?
IELTS score is 136, 26 years old and I have two bachelors. Do you mind me asking you a few questions?
1) If my funding is a gift from my father, do I still need to offer my payslips?
2) Is an exchange program/internship with no reference letter but rather a certificate considered as employment? Or is it education?
