Hi,

I am in the final stages of my PR application. Now I have been granted a acceptance letter to study in a business school in Montreal, Quebec. I plan on accepting this offer.

1. Was anyone successful in activating their PR by landing outside Quebec and moving to Montreal after landing?
2. Will this process create any problems to my admission to the Montreal Business school as I will not be holding the CAQ certificate and Study Permit?
