studying at bc - vancouver

hi guys i graduated BSN here in the Philippines and i'm planning to have my international studies in vancouver or anywhere in british columbia. can someone recommend a cheap course that i can take and school that i can apply for off campus work permit and post graduate work permit? I prefer studying near vancouver because my mom is a canadian citizen living in vancouver so i can stay at her place while studying. she sponsored us but it will take one year so while waiting im planning to enter canada via student visa.

Could you please confirm with your dad about the reputation of Royal Roads university in Vancouver as I am planning to apply for Masters of Global management program of 2 years duration .

I am from India so please confirm with him about the part time Jobs availability also while i pursue my COurse
