There is a ques 8 (personal history/activity) in Background and declaration form.
Here are my ques:
I am attaching an external word file's table for this ques.. so then what should i write in Form table e.g Attached file or sheet...??
2. When i was studying, i was working part time as well.. then how can i mention in word file's table.
e.g : from 2010-08 to 2012-12 studying
from 2010-08 to 2011-04 working part time
can we repeat the time like this in table??

I put as much as I could on the form, and then wrote "SEE ATTACHMENT."

The dates are OK - overlapping dates are OK, just no gaps! But "working" is not specific enough, you should indicate your job title or occupation - (e.g. "part-time sales associate.")
