Study Years while creating express entry profile.

Hi Guys, I am creating my express entry profile. My Master's degree was a Five and half year integrated course. My WES evaluation says It is equivalent to Canadian Bachelors and Masters. Should I add it as Master or add bachelors separately and masters separately. Furthermore in Years of study should I consider it 6 Years or 5 Years as It does not allow me to enter 5.5.
