I want to apply for study visa Canada in Biotechnology advanced diploma in Seneca College, i got my offer letter.
Here's my profile
10th 86%
12th 64% (non-med)
B.sc ( biotechnology) (74%)
M.sc (food technology) (76%)
PTE (75 overall) 7.5 bands
This qualifications will ensure my visa chances or not?

Low chance of approval given you already have a Master's. The progression of your studies doesn't make sense. An advanced diploma is a far lower level of education than a Master's. You need to be taking a post graduate diploma at a minimum.

I also got the offer letter from Cape Breton University in health care management program, it's a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma on the same profile.
Should i continue with this instead of biotechnology advance diploma??

Healthcare management makes even less sense and still doesn’t make sense given that you have done a masters. How does the program lead to your career progression? A lot of the program is specifically related to the Canadian healthcare system so it will be difficult to prove that you will need the diploma to further your career at home.

The case is, the subjects I've studied in my b.sc biotechnology are totally different from those which I'm going to study in advanced biotechnology program in Seneca.
So, if i strongly defend my side in SOP, may be i can get my visa?
Is it possible?
