I got 84% in my 12th standard in 2016 and 79% in 10th standard also I got 6.5 overall and 5.5 in one module in IELTS. I want to do bachelors in computer science in Canada . am I eligible for that and are there chances of getting visa ?

You should re-write IELTS and achieve a score of at least 6 in each of the four categories. Since you want to attend university in Canada, IRCC will require you to have a score of at least 6 in each category. With your current score, the study permit is almost certain to be refused.
