Hi,

My Work Visa is approved but I haven't traveled to Canada yet. I'm interested in pursuing Masters Program and going through application process. Can I apply for Study Visa while I have a Work Permit issue?
 
Your work permit would be cancelled if you apply for a study permit.
They are incompatible, on a study permit you can only work 20hours per week, while on a work permit you can work full time you cant have both.
On a work permit you can only take short courses less than 6 months which don't require a study permit.
